As we mark the crossing from last year to next, we will consciously let go of past negativity and embrace the future refreshed with a clear mind and a courageous heart.
In the New Year’s Eve session, we will discharge negative energy from our cells, organs, thought forms and electromagnetic fields. Once cleared we are ready to access gratitude on a deeper level. Ruth Anne will lead a 75-minute yoga class, followed by Medicine Wheel Teachings offered by Rosa Khalsa.
In the New Year’s Day session we will attune ourselves to positive power so that we can each step into 2024 fully conscious, empowered and energized to manifest our personal highest vision throughout the year. Ruth Anne will lead a 75 minute yoga class, followed by a Peruvian Despacho ceremony led by Rose Khalsa.
Ruth Anne’s yoga classes are accessible to beginners, yet satisfying to all levels. They are creative, fresh, nuanced, and often surprising. Expect the unexpected!
The two days are designed as a “mini-retreat” to support us in crossing the threshold of the New Year. Participants are encouraged to attend both, but each is a complete experience and can be taken separately. Each session is 3 hours. Bring a yoga mat, a large blanket, water bottle, journal, pillows, an offering of shells or stones, and a treasured object for our altar.
