The Northampton Education Foundation Adult Spelling Bee returns for its 21st year! In this annual fundraiser for the NEF Small Grants to Educators program, teams of three show off their humor, costumes, and spelling dominance, undaunted by words like tergiversation, myrmidon, or adularescence. The evening is hosted by emcee Kelsey Flynn, with luminaries from the Northampton Public School District serving as judges. Food and baked treats will be available for purchase. All proceeds from the Bee are invested back into Northampton’s public schools.

The Bee is a fun community event! We encourage you to invite your friends and family to come and cheer for your team! Dinner begins at 5:00pm (bring cash!). There will also be baked goods for sale, and Herrell’s ice cream!
