Sarah Zlotnik

Sarah Zlotnik, principal of Zenith Strategies, has 20 years of experience building more just and effective systems supporting young people. She brings deep expertise at the nexus of policy, leadership and organizational development, public health, and philanthropy. As a big-picture thinker and consensus builder, Sarah collaboratively works with teams to develop and implement their strategic visions, striving to grow grassroots power and the leadership of people most impacted by injustice.

Prior to founding Zenith Strategies, Sarah served as a senior program officer at the Stoneleigh Foundation and a senior strategist at PolicyLab at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She also was the public health advisor to a federal bipartisan child welfare commission. Sarah lives in Northampton with her family, where she is an avid backyard gardener, hiker, and nascent quilter.
