Leading from a place of depth, authenticity, presence, curiosity, and heart; my approach stems from self-inquiry-based somatic exploration and learning; focusing on trauma, post traumatic growth, addiction, embodied presence, and the quest of the True Self.

I aim to co-create brave spaces where we uplift one another to ignite and evoke bravery and change. Magic, transformation, healing, and hope happens when we gather together to care-take spaces of healing, learning, and awakening. We cannot human alone. Together is how we find our way.
