Their background spans public programming and museum education, arts festival founding, crisis communications, and full-stack content strategy, with deep roots in the cultural economy of the Pioneer Valley.

*Come As You Are (and plan)* grew out of Luc’s own experience navigating the planning process as an independent creative, and his belief that the way most of us are taught to think about planning doesn’t actually fit the way most of us work.
