Taught by acclaimed stage, screen, and television actor and teaching artist Raye Birk, the Actors WorkOut Scene Study Class is designed to free the actor’s creative spirit and to nurture innovation, openness and courage. It is the arena where the most dynamic growth happens for actors. While scene study is the focus of this class it is always with an eye to the growth and development of the individual student.

This workshop is particularly for actors who have found joy and a sense of accomplishment in their theater work – and who want to delve deeper, get better and broaden their opportunities for continuing the work. Playwrights and Directors are also welcome.

This is an 8-week multi-class workshop, Monday evenings from 6:00 – 9:00 PM from February 19 through April 8.

You must be 18 or older to participate
Participation is limited to sixteen students
