Grilled Sandwich Pop Up with Chef O'Brian Tomalin

Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten Free Options available.

Chef O'Brian Tomalin has just joined the lineup for BRASS IN BLOOM on May 3rd. Come for the masterclasses, try a new instrument, enjoy the afternoon performance by the Jazz Bones. Chef OB will be outside grilling a wide variety of delicious sandwiches. Naturally, there will be vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available. Festival attendees and the general public are invited! Check out the menu below.

Chef OB will be serving from 12-7pm...and may go until 8pm if the lines are long.

 

MENU

"Philly"Style Grilled Pork

Grilled Pork Loin, Broccolini w/garlic & red pepper flakes, Sharp Provolone

Cubano

Grilled Marinated Pork Loin, Black Forest Ham, Swiss Cheese, Dill Pickles, Yellow Mustard

Chicken or Tempeh Banh Mi

Grilled Marinated Chicken Thigh, Pickled Vegetables, Cucumber, Cilantro

Chicken Torta

Grilled Marinated Chicken Thigh, Oaxaca Cheese, Black Bean Spread, Jicama Slaw

Portobello

Grilled Portobello, Fresh Mozzarella, Arugula Walnut Pesto, Caramelized Onion

All sandwiches served on Small Oven Bakery brioche.

We'll also have burgers and hotdogs (including vegetarian) for those who prefer simpler fare.
