The Bombyx Brass Collective is thrilled to welcome new Music Director Juli Sansoucy to the project.

The December 3rd concert features several pieces by heavy hitters from the Romantic period of the 19th and early 20th century, including Strauss, Grainger, Prokofieff, Boulanger, and of course, Mahler. Also included will be some 20th century music. And no early December brass program would be complete without some holiday favorites!

If live brass music is your jam, you will not want to miss the first performance of the 2024-25 season. As always, admission to the ensembles’ performances is free of charge, but donations are always gratefully accepted, with all proceeds going to support future programming and advocacy in the community.
