The Bombyx Brass Collective, a 35-piece semi-professional brass choir led by Music Director Juli Sansoucy, is a resident ensemble of the Bombyx Center. They will present their second program of the season, "Musical Flurries" on Sunday, March 1 at 3:00 pm at the Bombyx Center.
The diverse, family-friendly program features two original works for brass choir, the iconic Symphony For Brass And Percussion by Alfred Reed, as well as Overture In F Minor by Jean Sibelius. The concert will also include music by John Williams and Hans Zimmer, and a set of 4 Chicago tunes including Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?, Saturday In The Park, Searchin' So Long, You're The Inspiration
